Facilitated by two x-corporate executives with insider perspectives
Dave Kirkconnell C.Dir, M.I.R.
Dave is an advisor, coach and facilitator for senior leaders and leadership teams. As a former executive, Dave brings real-world, senior-level experience to his engagements, allowing him to relate to his clients and ask insightful questions, all in support of their success.
In this increasingly complex world leaders and leadership teams often face problems that appear bigger than their capabilities. Dave helps them navigate this complexity. With coaching, leaders almost always realize they have more capability than they thought. He helps his clients explore what was in the way, why solutions were not available for them, and how they can capture this learning.

Jonathan Varkul
Jonathan is a facilitator, coach and advisor who helps senior leaders and leadership teams find clear paths through complex challenges. He has been leading and building teams since 1998 and coaching leaders and their teams since 2010.
Before coaching, he was a Vice President with OPENLANE, a technology service provider in the automotive industry. Prior to that, he was a software consultant with SAP software and a senior accountant with Ernst and Young. Jonathan left OPENLANE in 2009 to answer a burning question: Can our deeper selves serve a practical purpose in addressing complex business challenges, and if so, how?
His journey to explore this question led to the creation of his coaching and facilitation practice, which helps leaders access their deeper wisdom with greater ease to address some of their toughest challenges.
His work, which integrates his senior-level business experience with his study of brain science and his 25-year mindfulness practice, helps clients discern what’s relevant from irrelevant in highly complex situations so they can find clear next steps and make practical progress.
His typical clients are leaders that must excel in constantly evolving complex landscapes and who are operating at the edge of their limits.
Working with Jonathan enables you to solve the right problem with the best solution by helping filter out noise that could lead you down the wrong path.
It’s more than an intellectual exercise, it’s a full-bodied engagement with yourself and your challenges to reveal what’s in your way—and what you already know.
